Health and Wellness coaching session is designed to help locate the fundamental essence of the underlying cause. This session will allow the true you to shine and plant the seed to grow. Meditation Coaching
A 30-minute guided meditation session designed to help you relax and tap into your goals. Maybe your goal is better focusing. Perhaps you’re trying to break through traumas you’ve been experiencing due to past relationships. Whatever your goal, you set the aim, and we’ll set up the session.

This session will allow you to understand better who you are, learn how to be authentically you and conquer the world. Are you ready for that transition?

The Power Coaching Call
The Power Coaching Call session is designed to help you realign yourself if you feel misaligned. It’s a chance for you to refocus your thoughts and gain advice. This session allows you to express your frustrations and get a fresh perspective.
This session is a live 45-minute call where you are allowed to release. This is a one-time call that doesn’t require a consultation fee. Must pay in full before the session.
This is a safe space where you can
receive advice, vent, or need me to put things in a different perspective.
