Edna McCants, more popularly known as EMAE, is a FireCracker Speaker, Master Certified Life Coach, Author, and full-time award-winning educator. She has been working in the education system for over ten years, encouraging students to make critical lifestyle choices that could impact them profoundly in the future stages of their lives.

Edna “ EMAE” McCants is the CEO of “The Soul of Me.”  Her mission is to restore peace and power within women through intentional coaching. Through this, she can provide women with the tools to transform, elevate, and unleash the power within themselves so ,they can be able to begin to move forward. She believes every woman has the internal strength to live beyond what has been statically forecasted for them and their past trauma and experiences.

From foster care to power house. As a ward of the state as a child, she had to grow up quickly and face many challenges. However, she emerged from those challenges as a degreed, educated, hard-working, trustworthy, and independent woman who is now committed to helping other women do the same. Having undergone various life changes, Edna is now the woman she is today, capable of speaking about peace and healing, as she has learned the profound value of peace and healing, even in the face of adversity.
